Please follow the simple instructions below to begin your warranty process.

Input your unique RMA# provided by a customer care specialist to generate a pre-paid shipping label.

SHIP

Securely package your Hyperice product and drop it off at local shipping facility indicated on the label. Please make sure to include all accessories (charger, attachments, etc.) with your product when shipping your device.

Repair
REPAIR

Allow 1-2 business days for our Hyperice technicians to assess your device and repair or replace any necessary components covered under your Hyperice manufacturer’s warranty.

Track
TRACK

Receive tracking email from our Hyperice Recovery Shop, confirming your device has been repaired and is on its way back to you!
